Dr. Michael de Vihil is a licensed clinical psychologist, certified coach, and group facilitator. Michael applies his expertise in learning & development, coaching, and group dynamics via facilitation to meet his clients' growth, development, and engagement needs. Michael consults with companies around the globe on their leadership, diversity, and people development strategies and curriculum. Michael brings a holistic approach to helping people become more satisfied and tap into their authentic selves. From working with individuals to assess their goals and development needs to the designing of the strategy, framework, processes and workshops, Michael builds and co-creates the psychological safety needed for people to learn, un-learn, grow, and get more aligned with their vision of happiness.
Michael has experience assessing, facilitating, and coaching groups for over a decade. Michael has led a rewarding career in transformational workshops at Mt. Sinai Morningside, Johnson & Johnson, JPMorgan, Otsuka Pharmaceuticals, Ralph Lauren, Citi, and other organizations and industries.
Michael is married and has a family in New York City. During his free time he enjoys playing the piano, practicing yoga & qigong, and exploring different cultures through language, fashion, and food. Michael is a global citizen and although he hails from a small town in Colorado, he has lived in Stockholm, Sweden and Paris, France. He also did a study abroad in Japan while attending NYU Stern School of Business.
